About Lycrc
Luoxin Youth Containment and Reform Center (LYCRC) is a specialized facility dedicated to the containment, education, and rehabilitation of juvenile offenders.
Our mission is to provide a safe and structured environment where young individuals can correct their behaviors, acquire valuable life skills, and reintegrate into society as responsible citizens.
Programs and Support

Labor Reform
Labor reform is a core part of our approach to rehabilitation at LYCRC. It is designed to instill a strong work ethic, discipline, and practical skills among juvenile offenders.
Daily Life
- 05:30 AM: Wake-up and wash up
- 06:00 AM: Morning exercise and jogging
- 06:50 AM: Breakfast
- 07:00 AM: Morining labor reform
- 12:00 PM: Lunch and rest
- 01:30 PM: Vocational training or therapeutic sessions
- 02:30 PM: Academic classes
- 06:30 PM: Dinner
- 07:00 PM: Evening exercise and jogging
- 07:50 PM: Evening classes or group discussions
- 09:00 PM: Evening exercise and jogging
- 09:30 PM: Lights out
